- You’re welcome to test your fragrance with a spray or two, but we can’t accept returns of bottles that have been used beyond this or are outside our 30-day window. Any such items will be returned to you.
- If you’ve purchased a bundle, the full set must be returned for a refund. Prefer to keep part of it? We’ll happily arrange an exchange instead.
- For Car Diffusers, please hold onto the closure cap — we can’t process returns without it.
