Refund Policy

Please email us at info@opux.co.uk for any queries related to returns, exchanges, and refunds.

At OPUX, we want you to have the best online shopping experience. We offer a 30-day return policy for exchanges or refunds. We’ll refund you the full amount (excluding outbound and inbound shipping costs) if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, make sure that the parcel is intact in its original packaging. Also, make sure that the packaging seal is intact; otherwise, we’ll be unable to accept the product back.

We can’t offer a refund or exchange if the product is used or outside our 30-day policy. Any product sent back to us after 30 days of dispatch is subject to a re-stocking fee. Also, we’ll need proof of purchase to process your return.

Keep in mind that if you buy products as a bundle, then they must be sent back as a bundle set. Otherwise, we’ll only be able to provide an exchange, and we’ll be unable to offer a refund.

Make sure not to send the products to the manufacturer’s address.

If you originally qualified for the free shipping, then the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged Products

All parcels go through rigorous checks before dispatch. If somehow you’ve received a damaged parcel, then we advise you to take pictures of the outer packaging and damaged bottle and share the pictures with us at info@opux.co.uk.

We need sufficient photographic evidence to investigate the damaged parcels. After we complete our investigations, we’ll let you know the next procedure accordingly. Also, please don’t dispose of the bottles or packaging until we confirm that we’ve completed our investigations. All damaged orders received must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Damaged products can be replaced if they qualify after our investigations.

Sale Products

Please keep in mind that we are only able to refund the regular-priced products. We don’t offer refunds on discounted or sale items.

Wrong Products

If you’ve ordered something else and received an incorrect product, then please take pictures of everything and send them to info@opux.co.uk. Please make sure to take pictures of each and everything along with the packing slip and also share your order number. It must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Missing Refunds

Once we receive the products back, exchanges or refunds are usually processed within a week. And a refund is sent to your original mode of payment. We’ll not take responsibility for products being lost during return transit by your courier.

If we tell you that we’ve refunded your amount and you’ve not received it yet, then before contacting us, please make sure you contact your bank and ask them for any refunded amount. Refunds can take some time to be formally posted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
