Shipping Policy

At OPUX, we ship your orders via Hermes Express, Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 Service, Royal Mail 2nd Class, DPD & Evri. We recommend using a tracked service.

Please note that Royal Mail 24 doesn’t mean that you’ll receive your order within 24 hours; it’s just a name given to their service by Royal Mail. You’ll receive your order within 1-2 working days. The same is the case with Royal Mail 48. With Royal Mail 48, you can expect to receive your order within a few working days.

We only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).

Free Shipping

We offer free tracked 48 shipping within the UK for all orders over £30. We also offer free tracked 24 shipping for all orders over £50.

Regular charges for tracked 48 are usually £3.99, while charges for tracked 24 are usually £4.99 for orders below £30.

Dispatch & Tracking

All orders placed before 9 am Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same working day. You can expect to receive your order within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays), depending on the shipping service selected. Please keep in mind that it could take 1 extra day for Highlands and Islands.

All orders placed after 9 am on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Not all, but some orders can take 1-2 working days handling time, so please bear with us.

Delays

Please keep in mind that during adverse weather conditions, we can not guarantee mentioned delivery times.

Also, during Christmas and Black Friday sales, deliveries can be delayed. It happens due to courier delays which are beyond our control.

Failed Deliveries

In rare cases, deliveries could be unsuccessful due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • The parcel is rejected at your provided address
  • Delivery fails due to any other reason

If any of these issues happen during shipping, it’ll result in a “Return to Sender” status. Once we receive the parcels back, we’ll deduct the inbound and outbound shipping costs and refund the remaining amount.
