Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across the UK and offer two tracked delivery options to get your fragrances to you quickly and safely.

UK Delivery

  • 📦 Standard Tracked: Delivered within 2–3 business days for £2.99.
  • ⚡ Express Tracked: Delivered within 1–2 business days for £4.99.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or a failed delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to us. You will be contacted and given the option to pay for return and re-shipping fees. If you choose not to agree to a redispatch, we will issue a partial refund, deducting the outbound shipping cost, return shipping fees, and any additional costs incurred due to the failed delivery.
